# Circulating Supply & Management

Lia Coin (LIA) has a careful circulation policy to maintain the ecosystem’s healthy financial balance and manage the token’s value. The circulating supply is a critical factor that directly affects the token’s market performance and users’ demand for the token. Strategies for managing LIA’s circulating supply include:

## Entering Circulation

**Planning:** New LIA tokens are released into the market according to a pre-determined distribution plan aligned with the project’s overall strategy and long-term goals. This plan includes the pace and timing of the token’s release.

**Distribution Mechanisms:** LIA enters circulation through public sales like ICOs, reward programs, and developer incentives. These processes ensure the token is distributed fairly and transparently.

## Exiting Circulation

**Staked Tokens:** LIA tokens staked by users are removed from circulation for a certain period. This reduces the amount of the token in circulation and contributes to its value increase.

**Burning Operations:** Periodic burning operations reduce the amount of LIA in circulation, increasing the token’s rarity and, consequently, its value.

## Effects of Supply in Circulation

**Value Stability:** Careful management of the circulating supply helps protect LIA’s value against extreme fluctuations and supports the token’s long-term value stability.

**Economic Health:** Managing the circulating supply serves as an indicator of the ecosystem’s economic health. Controlling the circulating supply is part of the project’s financial strategy and increases investor confidence.

These management strategies provide assurance to token holders about value creation while optimizing LIA’s circulation in the market and contributing to the ecosystem’s sustainable growth and financial stability.
